For Letter To Myself 008, we’ll be looking at how to best support people struggling with their mental health.

Hello,

When someone you love is struggling with their mental health, it can be hard to know how to best support them in their time of need. For this LTM, we’ll be looking at different tools you can use to show up and help care for the individuals in your life experiencing mental illness.

These tools can include messages to send, activities to try and plan, ways you can support them in their home or work, and many others! Going out of your way to help can be life changing for someone struggling with their mental health. If you are looking for ways to help, this one's for you!
