Letter to Myself is our new monthly newsletter made just for you. For our first edition of Letter to Myself, we talk about practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness in psychology is defined as a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. It can be very beneficial for relieving stress, lowering blood pressure, and alleviating physical mental health symptoms.
